1. Request Estimated cost	Please ask us about Buddhism sculpture what you want. Or, also you can tell us your budget and the delivery date first..
2. Show Estimated cost	We will answer the estimated cost and the delivery date. -
3. Contract & payment	You and we make a contract. (If you want installments, I request your signature on contract. In the case of lump-sum payment, we will meet your demand on contract) And you pay payment (Basically, lump-sum payment). After that, Kentaro begins to produce it.
4. Notification of finish & shipment	We inform you that we're ready to send it. --
5. Arrive	-

1.	Payment is on a yen (JPY) or US Dollars basis.
2.	If the troubles happened between you and us, arbitration draft (solution) is made by the Japanese court based on the Japanese law.
3.	You have to pay within one week, if you received payment reminder.

A. We can accept Paypal, IPMO (International Postal Money Order), MO (Money Order by Bank). But, payment is on a yen (JPY) basis (transfer fees are included).

A. Generally, the shipping cost would be 110.00 USD (5kg (11.02 lb)) on an average.

A. If manufacturer have a stocks, we would send it withing 10 days from your order.
